Accommodation

Each cottage has been designed and created to make comfortable holiday homes and furnished to meet all modern requirements.

We now have UK satellite TV and radio and virtually all of the equipment parents need when taking children on holiday besides cots and high chairs we have stair gates, changing table and mats, listening device, sterilising unit and barriers on the patios.

Each cottage has a kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher (apart from Les Etables), toaster, mixer, etc.
Comfortable armchairs and sofas (some doubling up as settee beds).
Televisions receiving both French and English channels.
All the cottages have central heating.
La Vieille Ferme and Le Grenier also have wood-burning stoves.

Les Etables Hirondelles

On the ground floor this cottage has a delightful corner kitchen, dining area and salon plus a shower room / toilet.

On the first floor there is a large double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a bathroom.

La Vieille Ferme

If you are booking as a large party or require more than one cottage, La Vieille Ferme (main photo) will be one of the cottages you must book as there is plenty of room for up to 24 people to sit and eat together.

Ground floor - entrance hall, corner kitchen, dining area and salon with a bed/settee and armchairs, granite fireplace with a wood-burning stove and a washroom / toilet.

First floor - Double bedroom, twin bedroom and a room with bunk beds.
Bathroom with bath and wash basin, shower room with shower, wash basin and wc and a separate toilet.

With central heating and a wood burner this will make ideal holiday accommodation all year.

Le Grenier

Le Grenier is our luxury cottage.

The ground floor is creatively decorated with terracotta tiled floors, granite fireplace, fitted kitchen with dining area, a salon area and a washroom.

On the first floor there are 2 spacious en-suite double bedrooms.

The upper floor with its low-level beams is furnished with 2 single beds and a full size settee bed. It has has its own en-suite bathroom with French style bath, bidet, etc.

With central heating and a wood burner this will make ideal holiday accommodation all year.

Outside

All cottages have their own patio and lawn area with wooden patio tables and chairs and Weber barbecue equipment.

There are grassed play areas for ball games and also a boules court.

A children’s swing and slide and sandpit.

Leisure room with table tennis table and indoor swimming pool.

The pool is heated throughout the year, apart from during the low season.

Several wedding receptions and also birthday parties have been held in the games room (for up to 40 guests).
This room is freely available to guest who book all 4 gites. Details of the outside caterers who have already served food at La Julerie are available.

Local area and activities

Corseul the local town has a small supermarket, two bakeries, a restaurant, a pizzeria and several bars.

La Julerie provides an ideal centre for all visitors with wonderful beaches close by, sightseeing in the neighbouring historic towns including Dinan and Saint Malo.

There are several golf courses in the area.  Ramblers can select from the numerous well-signposted walks.

Sailing and windsurfing schools are nearby and also local equestrian centres.

Our prices are fully inclusive; besides bed, bathroom and kitchen towels we now freely supply towels for use around the pool or on the beach, a selection of bikes and also pay the Holiday Tax.

We have no added charges.

If all 4 gites are booked for a minimum of 1 week a 10% discount is offered
(apart from during July and August).

A similar discount is also offered when only 2 guests occupy Les Etables aux Hirondelles
(apart from July and August).

We are able to assist our guests in obtaining 20% discount on the full cost of their ferry tickets
when they book with Brittany Ferries, details are supplied when confirming a booking.
